Terms of Use
What Pyshio is
Pyshio is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, verified doctors and licensed pharmacies near them. Pyshio does not provide medical advice, does not dispense medicines and is not a party to the consultation or the sale of medicines. Doctors and pharmacies are responsible for their own services.
Patients
- Give accurate details and keep your login private.
- Online consultation fees are refunded in full if you cancel at least the notice period shown at booking; later cancellations aren't refunded. Paid appointments can't be moved online inside that window.
- Medicine orders can be cancelled until the pharmacy has prepared them; online payments are refunded in full. Orders a pharmacy doesn't accept in time are cancelled automatically.
- Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, at the pharmacist's discretion.
- In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Pyshio isn't for emergencies.
Doctors
- You must hold a valid registration with the relevant council and keep it current; changes are re-verified.
- Prescribe only within your legal scope of practice and follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines where they apply.
- Keep patient information confidential and use it only to treat the patient.
Pharmacies
- You must hold valid drug licences (Form 20/21 or equivalent) and dispense through a registered pharmacist.
- Quotes must be honest and never above MRP. Verify each prescription before dispensing; never dispense Schedule X / narcotic drugs through the platform.
- Accept or reject orders promptly; confirm handover with the patient's code.
Payments and fees
Online payments are collected through Razorpay. Amounts due to doctors and pharmacies, less any platform fee disclosed to them, are settled periodically.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Pending appointments and orders are then cancelled and online payments refunded.
